Paul Hennessy is the Chief Executive Officer of Shutterstock. An experienced CEO with more than 20 years of global leadership and digital marketplace experience, Paul has been at the forefront of disruption throughout his career, proving time and again his remarkable ability to provide customers solutions at scale that lead to accelerated growth. Prior to joining Shutterstock as CEO, Paul served as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Vroom, Inc., an online pre-owned car retailer. There, he built Vroom into a top 10 automotive retailer in the United States. Previously, Paul successfully developed and led growth strategies for priceline.com as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Paul has also served on Shutterstock’s Board of Directors since 2015.

Chief Financial Officer
Jarrod Yahes is Shutterstock's Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Jarrod drives the company's financial strategy and leads the Finance, Investor Relations, and Accounting functions. Prior to Shutterstock, Jarrod served as the Chief Financial Officer at Zeta Global, a marketing technology company. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Jackson Hewitt, a provider of tax preparation services and he has served in multiple capacities at ExlService Holdings, an operations management and analytics company, where he advanced to Senior Vice President, Controller. Earlier, Jarrod worked at Citi in the Global Technology Investment Banking group and started his career with Ernst & Young LLP. He earned a B.S. in applied economics from Cornell University and an M.B.A from the University of California at Berkeley.

Meghan Schoen oversees the Product and UX function and is responsible for driving Shutterstock’s product strategy and roadmap. Meghan most recently served as VP, Product Management at Meredith where she drove the consumer product vision, strategy, and execution for all Meredith and legacy Time brands acquired by Meredith, such as Allrecipes, People, and Better Homes & Gardens, among others. Prior to that, Meghan was VP, Product Management for Meredith's Home & Lifestyle brands, and VP, Marketing & Product at mywedding.com.

Sejal Amin

Chief Technology Officer
Sejal Amin is the Chief Technology Officer at Shutterstock. She is a senior technology executive and product development expert with over 25 years of experience leading large teams through cultural, operational and technology transformation for SaaS initiatives. In her role as CTO, Sejal is responsible for delivering a technology vision and strategy that transforms Shutterstock's technology platform to deliver a new and unparalleled experience to customers and contributors.

Recently, she was Chief Product and Technology Officer for Khoros, a Vista Portfolio company where she was integrating a distributed Product and Technology organization while defining a Product and Operational strategy to execute on the company's vision and growth goals. Just prior to that, she was CTO for the Thomson Reuters Tax and Accounting Tax Professionals Business. She has a wide range of technology leadership experience across several business units at Thomson Reuters managing global product development teams and portfolios of growing size and complexity for 15+ years. Over the years, she led several enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on project to product transitions, organizational transformations, technology portfolio redesigns, and building high performance product development cultures to keep pace with a rapidly changing technology environment.

Sejal was recognized on the BT150 Transformational Executive List in 2021 and has a number of professional associations including Board Director for the Value Stream Consortium.

Vice President, 3D Innovation

Dade Orgeron has been building virtual worlds for over 25 years. He has worked as a 3D Designer, Art Director, Creative Director, 3D Director and mentor - helping 3D artists hone the skills they need to become masters of their craft. He spent the beginning half of his career in advertising and title design for film and television working on numerous award winning campaigns for Honda, Microsoft, Autodesk, HBO, Showtime, Verizon, Sprint, NASCAR, Nickelodeon, and more. 

In 2013, Dade joined TurboSquid to help build and curate the world’s largest 3D content library and to bring 3D models to an even wider audience of non-3D users. Since then, his focus has been to simplify the overtly technical challenges facing 3D artists by developing standards, tools, and training that allow artists to focus more on the creative side of 3D content creation. With a deep understanding of industry trends and tools that are driving 3D processes, he continues to work with many of the biggest names in the 3D space to ensure that 3D content adheres to the latest industry requirements and workflows.

Candice also leads Shutterstock’s global Media & Entertainment sales channel. She has over 20 years of business development expertise and has a successful track record of growing new business for companies in publishing, media and licensing. Prior to Shutterstock, Candice was the Executive Director of Content Licensing at Condé Nast.

Aiden Darné is Vice President of Shutterstock Studios. Prior to launching Studios, Aiden was Senior Vice President of Production at Vice Media Group, where he ran commercial production across North America. At that time the studio at Vice Media was consistently the most award winning team including Webbys, Clios and Cannes Lions. Aiden was also part of the leadership team that launched VICELAND. Prior to Vice, Aiden was Vice President at ViacomCBS, where he launched and led Viacom Digital Studios, a studio responsible for producing digital original content and live event production for MTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, BET and Paramount Network.
